The goal of each of my cooking lessons is to give you confidence and creative inspiration in the kitchen. I offer individual or group lessons, taught in the convenience and familiarity of your own home (or the home of one of your friends).
Learning how to cook is
Whether it is personalized instruction that you are looking for or just a fun way to get together with friends, I look forward to being your teacher and showing you how to prepare fresh and delicious meals. I'll teach you the tricks of the trade and the most efficient ways to put together healthy dishes that can easily be made any night of the week. Additionally, the lessons will focus on how to establish and maintain a healthy diet, as well as how to transform plant based food (which are the most necessary ingredients for your healthstyle) into enticing and ambrosial meals.

The Basics: A Perfect Day's Worth of Meals
This course will teach you how to prepare a nutritious breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert. We'll focus on the health benefits of the ingredients and provide you with a foundation in the techniques essential to healthy cooking. You will learn how fun and easy it is to create your own healthy meals.
Sauce Night
This course will teach you how to create ten different fresh sauces, as well as how to utilize them in resourceful ways so you can add flavor to more than just pasta dishes. By the end of the lesson you'll be surprised at how simple it is to make a sauce with your own creative touch!
Whole Grains and Vegetables
This course will teach you how to incorporate whole grains (whole wheat pasta, brown rice, quinoa, couscous, bulgur, and soba noodles) into your diet in interesting and flavorful ways alongside fresh vegetables. Whole grains and vegetables should be the cornerstone of your diet and this course will help you to do just that!
Soups and Salads
Learn how to prepare rejuvenating soups and salads - perfect for the person on the run! Soups are a great way to consume the vegetables that you need, as well as being an excellent dish to freeze and always have on hand. Salads are one of the easiest dishes to assemble and I'll show you creative ways to supercharge them with nutrient-rich ingredients and home-made healthy dressings.
The Middle-Eastern Spread
Learn how to put together a beautiful spread of different Middle Eastern grains, salads and dips. A fun way to spice up healthy cuisine, this course will bring zest and flavor to your life!
The Romantic Meal
Learn how to enchant through food. In this course we'll use only the most alluring ingredients to create a romantic aroma for you and your loved one to share.
Healthy Breakfasts and Desserts
This course will teach you how to make a variety of healthy low- fat and whole grain muffins, scones, breads, pancakes, cookies and brownies. Let me help you learn how to indulge in a healthy way!
The Dinner Party
Put together a fabulous meal that will leave your guests impressed (and healthy). From appetizers to dessert, this course has you covered. Focusing on a theme, you'll learn stress free ways to create all the different dishes, as well as fashionable ways to present your food.
